requires ONE Medical Practitioner on Hiring contractual basis for full time for six months at HVF Hospital. 

Period of hiring is not extendable on any ground." The Monthly fee for Hired Medical Practitioner and the daly rate of proportionate reduction from the fee in the event the Hired Medical Practitioner absents himself/herself from duties are as folows- SI. MBBS Doctor with 01 Rs.75,0001- Rs. 2500.- registered in MCI Eligible and Interested candidates having requisite qualification are directed to reports to Chief Medical Officer/C, HVF Hospital, Avaci, Chenna-54 on 22/01/2021(Friday) at 09.00 a.m. sharp. The candidates are requested to bring all original certificates of his/her qualification, Medical Registration Certificate with the National/State Medical Council and one set of Xerox copy of the educational qualification duly attested by the Central State Govt. Gazetted Officer Educational Qualification/General Terms & Conditions for Hiring of Medical Practitioner 1. The Educational Qualification for Medical Practitioner- MBBS Degree from MCI recognized Medical College of India is the base qualifying requirement He/She should be a registered Medical Practitioner. At the time of entering the Contract'agreement, the Medical Practitioner shall produce original certificates of his/ her qualification Medical Registration Certificate with the National State Medical Council and proof of date of birth along with character certificates from two Gazetted Officers of the Central State Government II. General Terms & Conditions for Hiring of Medical Practitioner:- 

1. The contract/agreement shall be entered into for 6 months or less from the date of entering into contract/agreement. Period of hiring is not extendable on any grounds. 2 terms may be considered against clear vacancy and satisfactory work. The contract should be sgned between the hired professional and MO Y as per the terms and conditions laid down by Ordrance Factory Board. A partcular individual should not be hired more than once in a calendar year. However in case of retired Doctors subsequent contracts may be allowed with prior sanction of Ordnance Factory Board. 

2. The full-time Hired Medical Practitioner who enters into agreement with the factory will not have any daim or right for his/her continuity in service or automatic extension of contract/ agreement. 

3. During the validity of the agreement the Hired Medical Practitioner will be at liberty to terminate the agreement for betterment of his/her career or any other grounds by giving seven days notice to the Factory. The Factory can also terminate the agreement atany time during the tenure by giving seven days notice without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Agreement shall also be terminated, if the Hired Medical Practitioner is found to be mentally or physically incapacitated or incapable of discharging his/her duties. 

4. The Hired Medical Practitioner shal undÉ™rgo a Modical Examnation at the Factory Hospital, before the contract is entered into for his/her fitness to perform the work awarded to him her. PVR is mandatory if the hired Medical Practitioner is to be posted inside the Factory premises. 

5. Normally Sundays and National Holidays (Republic Day, Independence Day & Gandhi Jayanti) shall be off. I they are called for work on these days they will be granted Off in lieu of that. 

6. The Hired Medical Practitioner will not be provided with any transport transport arrangement The Hired Medical Practitioner will not be entded for any free medical treatment at O.F. Hospitals except First Aid in case of Emergency. 

7. The Hired Medical Practitioner shall attend to all the normal tasks which any Regular Medical Practitioner is conventionally doing. He/Ste will also
